Return Policy

Products may be returned if they are in original condition and in original packaging for refund less 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted due to natural disasters (for example, floods, lightning strikes, tornadoes, etc.).

No Returns will be accepted due to physical abuse or applying more than 12volts to the system.

No Returns will be accepted if MT unit is subjected to direct water fall such as water hose connections, being placed under water drains or water falling directly onto unit coming off roofs and etc.
